我家孩子，在2岁左右时身高、体重发育逐步跟不上平均水平，看了一遍能看的大夫，最后发现过敏会导致吸收不好影响生长发育，所以测了一下过敏源，发现麸质、鸡蛋有较为严重的过敏。用了大概1年时间调整，可能是孩子大了，免疫力提高了，麸质类食物重新吃了起来，也不会有过敏问题，但鸡蛋12月底刚加回餐食中，算是完成了重要的调理过程。
